What payment methods do you accept?

When will I receive my order confirmation?
After your order is placed successfully, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address used during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mahjongselect.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Orders ship from our California, U.S. fulfillment warehouse to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, overseas destinations, or military addresses.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Standard transit usually takes 3–5 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–7 business days, including order processing and shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, high order volume, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free to every destination we serve, with no minimum order value. No standard shipping charge is added at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Are the 2026 Mahjong Cards large print?
Yes. The 2026 Mahjong Cards are sold as a large print 4-pack, designed to be easier to read during American Mahjong games.
Are accessories included with the 2026 Mahjong Cards?
No. This listing includes four cards only. No card holders, line finders, or other accessories are included.
What kind of Mahjong products do you sell?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us first at support@mahjongselect.com. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the return.
Can I send a return without contacting you first?
No. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Which carriers can be used for approved returns?
Approved returns must be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx only. Returns sent through other carriers may not be accepted or may be delayed.
Who pays for return shipping?
For customer-remorse returns, including changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, MahjongSelect covers the return shipping cost for an approved return. Please contact us first for approval and shipping instructions.
How are refunds processed?
Within 3 business days after receiving your return, we will inspect the returned item, notify you of the approval decision, and initiate any approved refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may then take several days to post the refund; this is separate from our inspection and approval process.
