Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?

Can I send a return without contacting you first?
No. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Which carriers can be used for approved returns?
Approved returns must be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx only. Returns sent through other carriers may not be accepted or may be delayed.
Who pays for return shipping?
For customer-remorse returns, including changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
